Inspiration for the Kabana comes from our 30 year love affair with Melbourne Beach. This village and location are truly unique. The opportunity to share the small town feel, the tropical environment and wildlife, and the "vibe"  all played in the design and buildout of this hidden gem. 

Much of the Kabana furniture was obtained in rundown condition, refurbished and painted by the host in a Coastal Casual Style. The kitchen bar as well as the outside bar top are poured concrete and finished onsite by the host. The entire outside pavilion, wood yacht table bar and wooden cabinets were built onsite from maple and cherry wood stripped from abandoned old furniture and assembled into the wonderful outside summer kitchen by John, the hosts brother. We are very grateful for his amazing work.  

Kelena's Kabana has been a labor of love and we have tried to anticipate every need while creating a truly unique guest environment and experience.
